The reviewed homepage emphasises quantitative and technical work, a research platform and strategy development. The careers page invites talent through its recruitment route. These observations establish public company context; they do not prove the availability of a paid challenge, personal trading capital or a Singapore job.

A fictional strategy version record
Imagine research note v1 uses a 20-observation feature window. Note v2 changes that window to 30 observations and also changes a cost assumption. A better result from v2 cannot isolate the effect of the window, because two inputs changed together.
For a cleaner educational comparison, label a third note v1-cost-only and change just the cost assumption. Preserve the same data window and outcome definition. This is a general experimental habit, not a description of 3Red’s systems or a recipe for a successful trading model.

Promotion into another environment needs another record
